Accounts & Authentication
Accounts use email/password sign-in. Passwords are handled by our backend provider and are never stored or visible to us in plain text. You can sign out at any time from the site header.
Data We Collect
We store the information you provide to use the site: your email address, optional display name, chat conversations with our assistant, and order details (name, email, items, tracking) when you place an order.
How Your Data Is Protected
- Row-level access rules restrict order records so that only administrators can read customer details.
- Profile and chat data is scoped to your account — other users cannot read it.
- All traffic to the site is served over HTTPS.
Subprocessors & Integrations
The site uses our hosting provider for application delivery and a managed backend provider for the database, authentication, and AI features. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Retention & Deletion
If you want your account, chat history, or order records deleted, contact us using the address below and we will action the request.
